盘锦柏氏米业有限公司是以加工、销售优质大米为主业的民营企业。公司始建于1998年2月4日，于2003年4月正式注册。公司日加工能力200吨，年加工大米能力7万吨。柏氏大米首批通过了原产地域保护产品加工认证，首批获得五类食品生产许可证（QS）认证，2002年被环保总局授予有机食品生产基地；2003年被中国食品工业协会评为承诺企业； 2005年通过ISO9001：2000质量管理体系认证；2005年获进出口贸易经营权。2006年被评为辽宁省农业产业化重点龙头企业。
